Juried Selection / Event Directors will review all entries and chose best 80 Tropical Trees.

Notice of Acceptance and request for detailed information.  Accepted Trees will be required to pay the entry fee of $125 for a 6-foot Table Space, standard sized display and Trees.  Or $150 for an 8-foot display table, Larger Trees.  Entry fees can be paid on the website. 

August 15

Admittance Fee Final due date. 

Thursday Sept. 3 – Check in for trees, pots, and stones.  12 noon- 5 PM 

Friday Sept. 4 – Check in for Trees, pots and stones.  9 AM – 1 PM

Friday, Sept. 4 – 1 PM – Judging Begins

Friday, Sept. 4 – 5:30 – 9 PM – Sponsor, Exhibitor and Vendor Reception.  Appetizers and Open Bar.  Private. 

Saturday, Sept. 5 – 8:30 AM – Ribbon Cutting 

Saturday, Sept. 5, - 9 AM – 5 PM – Open to the Public

Sunday, Sept. 6, 9 Am – 5 PM – Open to the Public

Sunday, Sept 6, 5 PM – Vendors, exhibits close, and teardown begins. Exhibits, pots, and sones must be removed by 8 PM.
