The US National Tropical Bonsai Exhibition provides a partnership opportunity for our preferred vendors to publicly promote your brand and products, and expand the reach to new customers and the bonsai community nationwide. Your participation is essential to our mutual success. We want our visitors and guests to have the best possible experience.
On Friday, we will host a business causal reception to express our gratitude and appreciation for our supporting Sponsors, Exhibitors and Vendors, complete with with an open bar and appetizers, along with a sneak peek at the exhibits and vendors.
Vendor setup will be managed a bit differently than usual bonsai exhibits where vendors purchase by the number of needed tables. Instead, we are implementing a process similar to that of trade shows where vendors rent by area space. This provides for greater display space, allowing the vendor to bring their own tables, shelves , tents or other display resources and customize how they present their goods and services in their own unique way. Tables are available for rent and must be reserved when securing your space.

8' x 10' Space - $400.00 / 9 spaces available.
8' x 8' Space - $375.00 / 26 spaces available.

8' Table - $20 each
6' Table - $15 each
Setup: Friday 9am - 6pm
Open Saturday: 9am – 5pm
Open Sunday: 9am – 4pm
Breakdown: Sunday 4-8pm
